Zagreb – Triple Bridge – Ljubljana

Triple Bridge is one of the landmark of Ljubljana town, it is a group of three bridges by the Central Market. Originally it was only an old, strategically important medieval wooden, then the old wooden bridge was reconstructed into a stone bridge, later the side bridges was added for the pedestrians, so this is how this unique architectural bridge came from.
Ljubljana – Bled – Postonjna Cave – Rovinj

The Pilgrimage Church of the Assumption of Mary, or Our Lady of the Lake, is located on an island in Lake Bled. Postonjna Cave is the second-longest cave in the world. Enter the cave by taking a cool mini train, you will see the stunning view of this huge cave which was decorated by a number of stalactites and stalagmite.
Rovinj – Motovun – Maiden With the Seagull – Opatija

Visit the Marshal Tito Square and have a tea break at the cafe nearby. Motovun is the home of truffles, located at Istria, the North West of Croatia. The city is surrounded by the intact wall and covered by grape farms and truffles forest. When you enter the ancient city, you will see the aged Gothic style bell tower which was built in 13 century. Have a panoramic view of the Peninsula Istria and the coastline of Adriatic on top of the bell tower.
Opatija – Plitvice Lakes National Park – Dalmatian Coast

Dalmatian Coast – Diocletian Palace – Split – Dubrovnik

Split is the second largest city in Croatia, it is the oldest ancient city in the area for over 1700 years. Its name was from the Greek word, meaning Calictome Spinosa.
